During my stay, I found the rooms to be comfortable with great colors, decoration, and balcony. The hot spring pool was a lovely place to relax. I also enjoyed the wide range of breakfast, which included a good selection of western food. However, I would have appreciated if the hotel had more on-site dining options or at least have good restaurants nearby.

There were some communication issues during my stay, and the staff at the hotel were not always friendly or helpful.
